Bad Blogger
I have been a bad blogger lately. I think it is due to my hand being in a cast, and it being very difficult for me to type. I just got my cast off a couple of days ago so now I'm back in business.
I also got a bunch of pro recording software and hardware. It's a FirePod digital interface. I can record up to eight tracks at once, and the pre-amps are killer. I am running Cubase for all of this as well. I have been holed up getting used to the software and working out little kinks with the hardware. I have already recorded a kirtan, and am starting to piece songs together. I am so happy to upgrade. I have been using a little analog four track for the last four years or so, and now I am set with forty eight tracks! Not to mention effects and great EQ. The quality of sound is just fantastic.
So there's my excuse. Now that I have my hand back I should be typing more blogs.
